Received my copy today. Haven't gone through the entire disc, but it looks terrific (to me). Removable Japanese subtitles. Oddly the opening credit image looked awful, but then the movie proper begins, and it's great. Now I can bury my German disc.

Edit: The extras include three ported featurettes, all in Italian with only optional Japanese subtitles. Two are retrospectives, about 15 and 30 minutes each. The last is from the time of filming and lasts about 15 minutes. Included also is a trailer and a photo gallery, ending with pics of prior video releases. I wish I understood Italian or could read Japanese.

This is one of my favorite horror films, and I can't wait until I watch it late one of these week nights.
