Blu-ray Samurai

While I don't have the Japanese blu-ray for this film (I have the Italian bd), I can vouch for Happinet as a company overall. I have their Romero Dead trilogy (Night, Dawn and Day) on bd as well as Creepshow 2 bd. They generally used BD-50's with decent bitrates. Also, Japan is region A and Amazon.jp orders get to you within 2-4 days after you place the order (even in the U.S.). I waited 3 weeks to get my Italian version from Amazon.it. If I didn't already own the film, I'd place the order for the Happinet blu-ray right now.
