Finally got the spindle yesterday

We had 2 guys working on ads and one on the boss constantly. We mostly stayed in the corridor at the start. When the one DPS'ing the boss had no more sniper / heavy ammo, we switched. We got it with 35 secs left to spare

after we ran out of time and we only needed one more guy to die.

My best possible raid time for me is going to be on Saturday either midday or afternoon. I don't think I'll have the time to do a raid between now and then, so Saturday will work best for me!

I only have one guardian right now, and I did it with Dodger and Trailbreaker. But it would be fun enough do it again tonight, if Casey's raid is off, or before that. I'd like to get a raid in before the reset, though, as I've crept up to 291, and random drops that improve my position are getting very scarce.

Other than that, I have a bunch of annoying stuff to do for quests, like kill Taken Champions, those things that are pretty hard to do alone, but you hate to make others do with you, because they involve standing around and waiting. I don't know what they were thinking about the waiting around stuff.

I still want to go, but my past experience with lfg often led to things taking twice as long as necessary. I'm okay with lfg on Saturday afternoon, but on a worknight, I'd rather just wait and work with a full team of guys I know, or at least know of. And being a raid NOOB myself, I don't have myself to fall back on or the experience to know when things don't feel like they are working out.

You can throw me in there for the raid, I can play for a couple hours anyway, I try not to go past 10 central.

I actually need them for my hunter so I will do it with you, I think I do anyway, but I can do it regardless.

Awesome, either way. I'm mostly trying to not play after 9:30pm. I can do it, but I don't want to start down the slippery slope.

Best news though...wife just called me to let me know we have an appointment scheduled October 13th for the installer from the fiber network.

I hear so many different strategies I just think I need to have a sword worth more than 220 and use that instead of my rocket launcher.

My 284 gauntlets are holding back my light rank otherwise I'd be above 295 I believe.... now that I think about it my ghost might be holding me up too.

I don't think the number on your ghost affects anything but a number. Until someone can demonstrate otherwise, I think it is not important, other than the specific perks imparted by your ghost. I've been wasting my time researching the meaning of these light numbers, and no one even cares. I think light level is just a number.

The one that is does effect is how I'm judged online by other gamers, got kicked out of 4 Heroics last night due to my light level.

Heard this once before I got booted "Hey ******* we need at least 295 or above".

I think that leaves one spot.

defense/attack on ALL of your slots matter in your light calculation(though some less than others).

pickles might be available tonight for final spot, waiting to hear back from him.
