Have any of you guys found a new PvP weapon that you love? I'm still using my Hopscotch and mine still works really well but once level advantages are enabled I'm going to be at a huge disadvantage.

Grovey told me about the crucible rep selling a pulse rifle called the hacksaw or something. Any other recommendations? I need to find something before next week.

I'd love to go all night, but I can probably only go for a little while starting that late. I'm pretty sure I'm watching TV tonight, after Destiny every night the past week. With everyone on the same page, though, Daughters should only take a few minutes...for real this time. Now, I know she's been up really late every night this week, so she's likely to fall asleep by midnight CT.

A lot of the new pulse rifles have that left kick like the old Spare Change.25. The Hakke Herja and Lyudmila both suffer from this. With Counterbalance as a perk, it straightens out the recoil patter, though - I have this on the Lyudmila but it doesnt have the Messenger's stability. I also dont like the four-round burst of the Hakke pulses - the total damage is divided over four rounds instead of three. My Herja with Rangefinder + Headseeker could be a MONSTER without that stupid left kick on the final round.

I hear the FWC pulse rifle is pretty monstrous, too. But I had a left kick on my Hawksaw and Apple of Discord pulses so I never bothered. I miss Messenger!!

But, I bought a Red Death for Banner/Trials use next week in the interim. Have it at 297 for now. Haven't decided on my special yet - Heavy I'll either use the OH-SO-PvP-AWESOME FWC rocket launcher, Raid MG, or Exotic Arc sword. Not gonna spend marks on Truth yet.

Oh wait. Lemme change all these weapon names to code names so Maxy doesnt spill the beans and I have to ignore him again...

I have a feeling we'll see a lot of exotic swords, bad jujus, hawkmoons, and conspiracy theory-Ds in Banner next week, mark my words.

I don't think the Sisters should take us long to finish off. We were taking the 1st one down easily last night even though it was the 1st attempt at the Sisters for a couple. Then someone had to bail on us.

Yeah, I should have told you guys my limit beforehand. I'm sure we'll get to a point where we can do everything in one night. I'd like to finish this up also.

My best time to date is 80 minutes. Then again, that was with a crew of 5 other killers. Took out the Warpriest in 2 Oculuseseses and the Ogre in three goes. But its contingent on all six people knowing to the letter what to do. One or two people without the experience and it can devolve into a 3-4 hour affair.

Which I dont mind if I know I'm taking newbies into it or people who have run it 1x or 2x. But if you say you're experienced and you're not, that drives me over the edge when I'm trying to get a weekday speed run in.

After 4-5 runs it becomes pretty automatic for you to run the raid, provided you have the right DPS weapons for bosses.

EDIT: And you're not a baboon for jumping puzzles.

Saturday sherpa run of myself max gg Daver, his brother in law and my 10 year old nephew.

Ya most of my arms are at 305ish and with Strange coins being in limited supply I decided to go with 3 of coins today. Bought me 90!! Think I'll try to farm up some coins for an arm engram or two before he leaves though.

What's the best way to get them nowadays? Just the usual blue engrams?

I was getting about 5 coins a pop from Vanguard and Dead Orbit rank ups so I spent 500 motes on Dead Orbit rank ups for 25 coins After that just RNG with Engrams. Quests tend to give a few here and there and if you see a ??? in patrol that one gives you about 2 coins.

I heard POE was a good place to farm at the end chests but I only got 2 last time I did that.
