all this talk about getting swords.....is there a specific quest that pops where you can obtain one in each element??

are they legendary or exotic's??

Yea that ship is nice, I'm going to pop a 3 of Coins before we board the Catch, just to try and help it out some.

It's a quest called A Sword Reforged; starts with a legendary sword, then you do stuff to get an exotic 310 sword. Here's a guide: http://www.destinygamewiki.com/wiki/A_Sword_Reforged

EDIT: I see now that that page doesn't explain how to get the legendary sword, and it's been a few weeks so I don't remember how lol. I'll look around and post it here if you don't find it first

Note that when they say "Kill Oryx" on that page, they mean in the mission Regicide; you are not required to have completed the raid in order to get it

A Broken Will quest from Eris. you get to pick one element for your legendary sword. Do it on all 3 characters to get one of each.

later on theres more quests to get exotic version of it.

Well knowing my luck for drops and my last streak seems to be over I'm pretty sure it will take a few tries to get the ship lol. So yeah I'd be up for another run

I can if we are able to do it quick I promised the wife I'd be in bed by 9:30 EST and I don't want to get the X10 Evil Stare

so it's got to be a hard stop for me.

I'm going to try and jump on before dinner and knock out the daily crucible for the LD Marks and try and get in a game of IB too, then jump on at 8 to try and get this Spindle.

You know, I used my complimentary silver on a congratulations and a blown kiss. I used the kiss for a while and switched to the congratulations, and the kiss has now disappeared from inventory. So much for that.
