Tempted to buy all 3 Looney Tunes collections, debating whether to pick them up now or wait if they'll release a special boxset in the future perhaps?

Don't have to time to search for it, but IIRC I read somewhere on here that the blu releases are actually missing a large number of episodes that the DVD's contain

I personally would only watch it if you have already seen seasons one and two of Arrow but there are a lot of people who just like The Flash.

it's not a bad show.. it's not as fast and action packed as Arrow is for the most part, but it's good. There is some cross over episodes if you didn't know..

I've watched the first few episodes. They are good, a little better than SUPERGIRL, and they are pretty highly rated on IMDB.

It's not GAME OF THRONES, but if you are a fan of super-heroes, you should like it.

At the current price, FLASH S1, GOTHAM S1 and ARROW S3 are the equivalent of $17.00 US. It is way cheaper in Canada than it is in the US ($44.96 US each right now on Amazon.com). I know if I saw that price ($17.00 US) at a Best Buy US, I would pick it up. I don't think it will go cheaper than this for awhile.

When I was in the US back in the Spring, I picked up ARROW S1 for $16 US, and it has shot back up now ($27.72 US).

Umm, no, you don't need to watch Season one or two. The only episodes of Arrow you would want to watch is the two-parter in season two that introduces Barry Allen. Aside from that, Season one stands on its own.

I enjoy the Flash. I started Arrow when it first arrived but quickly gave up on it. However I've been sticking with The Flash since it started and haven't given up on it yet despite how many eye-rolling moments there are. Like really. They literally make stuff up as they go along just to add new plot lines. Not sure if these are all taken from the comics or not as I don't read them but yikes. Some of it is a stretch.

Tried Supergirl as I'm a huge Superman fan (obviously ) but quickly gave up on that after the first two episodes. Not a fan of the cheesy dialogue and "playing it safe" for network TV. Too much of a rinse-and-repeat formula. And of course, more eye-rolling moments.

Flash stands alone very well, and I enjoyed it a lot. Also, blind buy here. In fact, it made me check out Arrow, and now I have bought all 3 seasons. So ... yeah ... both series have great writing and are thoroughly entertaining.
