This has happened to me both Criterion sales this year, and it feels too odd to be a true error.
Order fulfills for a single item and is shipped -- in both cases by UPS, not UPS MI, however, which is pretty standard "expedited service" for BN when ordering one or two items. Item gets to the labeling stage and then, nothing. No movement. No updated tracking. Missed delivery date. They claim, "that's unacceptable but the item is now out-of-stock and here's a refund. Good day." Just seems a little sketchy of late. |
