Not a dedicated HT room but one half of our living room. Pictures are in the gallery.

The gear:
AV receiver: Onkyo TX-NR626
Blu-ray player: OPPO BDP-103
Gaming: XBox One
HDDVD: Toshiba HD-EP35 (not connected but can be in 30 seconds if needed)
TV: some cheap Grundig 40" FullHD
Speakers: Visonik (Berlin based manufacturer, that does not exist anymore) with a 4.1 setup
Projector: Epson EH-TW9200W (5030 in the US)
Screen: 2.78m wide (110") scope screen (simply a flat wall with white paint)
Remote: Logitech Harmony 555
Shaker: Buttkicker LFE

The subwoofer is not really strong enough for the room but other than that I'm happy and don't plan any changes in the near future.
