Brutal, yet brilliant at the same time. Excellent performances from Kurt Russell and the cast. PQ and AQ are top-notch.

Surprisingly very good film. Terrific performances from Samuel L. Jackson (might be his best since Pulp Fiction) and Christina Ricci. Marketing is EXTREMELY misleading. This was a great film.

First movie of the new year for me.

This is the real Die Hard 2. Directed by John McTiernan so it has that Die Hard feel, Jack Ryan is a very similar character to John McClane, and the plot is far more interesting than Die Hard 2's rehashing of Part 1.

Oh, and McTiernan managed to pull off such a tense thriller with a PG rating.

We always celebrate on January first as my husband goes away on the actual date to see his family. so yesterday I popped this in while we opened up the gifts, and everyone seemed to enjoy it.
