It appears the URL links that are added automatically for bundled titles in the Audio and Subtitle section of a boxset (bundle) are incorrect for DVDs. The URLs are linked to a Blu-ray rather than the correct DVD. Case in point:

I see that Digital Copy has been replaced by Digital HD in the heading (Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD + UltraViolet) I am all for that. But it now says that when on everything with iTunes and/or Google Play digital copy checked. With Google Play it is true because it has only been offered in the Digital HD era, but some older iTunes are not HD. and while technically Ultraviolet is part of Digital HD. I'm glad it still says Ultraviolet. It needs to say that to help clarify that it is not iTunes.

So maybe and a yes/no box under the current options to clarify that the Digital is HD. Have it automatically select yes. As it should be that way from now on and easier to change it to no, on the older titles where it is not HD. There are not very many, as some have been updated to redeem in HD.

Also some older things

Something for mostly Disney movies. But a way to prevent them from saying Ultraviolet, when they are not. Could a Vudu digital copy yes/no check box be added between iTunes and Google Play. So it its more accurate. Maybe Amazon and Microsoft also since they are part of Disney Movies anywhere. Or even a Disney Movies Anywhere yes/no check box that automatically lists iTunes, Vudu, Google, Amazon, and Microsoft digital copies. But they would also have to be separate because with Disneys Digital Copy Plus, you only get one of those options. Also Cinemanow is an option with Digital Copy Plus.


Also some even older things

Cast seems slow to update on Theatrical pages. Usually after cast is approved. I can refresh the page and the names show up. But since Thursday, this has not been happening. Noticed with both Firefox and Safari.
Boyz n The Hood hasn't updated in 19 hours. But now after 20 hours it has.


Search Titles

Also as a way to get rid of things like The Dark Knight (Batman) and Skyfall (James Bond). Couldn't there be a few extra boxes on theatrical pages called "Search titles" That way all Batman movies could have Batman in those boxes and show up when you search batman. Same with all James Bond movies.

Placeholders / Bundle purposes entries

Also maybe add yes/no "Placeholder" and "Only available in a bundle "check boxs to Blu-rays and DVDs so that if they are currently only available in bundles they don't show on the releases page as a separate entry. Only in the bundle section.

People should also have an alternate name field that can help with searches. So for like Odette Annable, that can have the main since it is her name now and alternate name can be Odette Yustman. Since thats what she used to be and some foreign names are also different on imdb then they should be i recently came across Zhuangzhuang Tian. Some one was adding Tian Zhuangzhuang, so this way one could be the alternate search name and both would bring up whatever it is in the database. Also people going by Brad before and now Bradley. It would help keep duplicates down I would think.

In addition, digital copies that provide a choice of options but only one redeem are still not represented accurately. For instance, a digital copy code that you can redeem at UV or Google Play but not both places. Or a code that you can redeem at UV, iTunes, or Google Play but you can only pick one of these three places.

Hi guys.

I've noticed that a certain few of my Disney title covers do not appear within my collection. The ones that I have included with the attached picture are Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, and Peter Pan. When I click the box where the images should have appeared, I am taken to the iTunes page of the film with a perfectly great cover image displaying beautifully in front of me.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Edit: Upon looking at the rest of my collection, I noticed that Gran Torino's cover does not properly display within my collection page.

That is because they are not currently available in the U.S. iTunes store. They are in that darn Disney Vault. They have covers on their pages because I linked them to the U.K. store where they are still available then un linked them and the cover stayed. So they are like ghost covers that only show up in one place. Unfortunately they also display a price, which is incorrect and misleading.

Perhaps to to prevent this, iTunes covers could be locked. So that when they become unavailable, the cover stays. But not locked enough that it won't update, as digital covers often do. So what I'm saying is, have the option to lock iTunes covers to help prevent this.

The Gran Torino iTunes ID was updated at some time and needed updated here. That has been done, so that should show up now.

Bundles do not need to included the exact disc, correct. Sometimes the only release available is a two disc set with digital copy. There really is no reason to create a placeholder single disc right?

So if this is correct maybe a change should be made to this phrase that appears on bundles.

"This Blu-ray/DVD/iTunes/UV bundle includes the following titles, see individual titles for specs and details:"

maybe say "may not be exact release in bundle".

or maybe have bundle version disc created so that it doesn't show up in searches or on the main page under releases.
