Kinda surprised myself that these 2016 SOny's are actually worse in parts to the 2015 ones. DCIP3 seems to be better in 2015, while brightness is turned up only by 100 nits on 2016, but at a loss of a wider color gamut.

Looks like I'm good with my Sony X850C for a while, at least until I see those OLEDs that are truly delivering drop in price. That LG one reached 94% DCIP3 which is awesome. I do think it's odd that a lot of manufacturers besdies Sony don't fully support 24p. Looks like Samsung supports it on disc only, but 60p and 60i (streaming and cable) are prone to judder unless you enable soap opera effect. I stuck with Sony partly because they 100% support judder free 24p playback on ALL signals and ways to watch. Would like to see that form more manufacturers.
