OK, ever since I stopped smoking 4 months ago I've begun eating more. I have gained about 15 pounds since then. My wife and I just got WiiFit and it basically called me overweight and borderline obese. I'm 5'3" and 160lbs.
So knowing that, what are your recommendations to lose weight? Is a gym membership worth it(they offer discounted 24hr. Fitness through my work)? Should I just get up excercise on my own? Do I need to change my diet(being Filipino I eat alot of rice)? I'm open to all suggestions. |
