A new power supply is significantly cheaper than buying a brand new TV. At least with the kuro you already know the performance is guaranteed.

But you have an 8G correct? 768 resolution? In that case i guess it's worth looking for a new TV.

If i had any issues with my 9G elite i would definitely rather spend money to fix it over buying any of these 4K LCD's. OLED's premium price is not worth the PQ difference over the kuro at the moment. Which it doesn't do exactly everything better anyway.
