after taking a week off, me & a couple buddies ran some PoE last night.

w/the grenade recharge turned up.....Sunsinger was awesome last night!!

I was able to get 10 grenades off w/each super!!

had a couple times where I got 1500+ points by the time my super ran out.

Last night on my last CoE match I turned up my grenades on my Sunsinger with Sunbreakers and I remember seeing 2970 points by the time I was done!! I can relate to the shock of seeing such a high score on grenades alone! I need to do CoE with my other characters tonight.

We went flawless. It was the second time I played with him (the first time being the Sunday before last).

I was also lucky enough to get a run with kjhovey and TheManagator the Monday before last, as well.

I'd love to do the Nightfall when that opportunity comes!! I really enjoy the Undying Mind! I'm already ranked level 2 of IB and I barely played about 4 or 5 matches earlier.

I've never played Iron Banner before this week. I'm up to rank 3 1/2 so far.
Are we guaranteed a Ghost Shell or anything? Do you have to reach Rank 5 or are they RNG drops or something?

I'm trying to get a 335 Ghost to get my Hunter up to 335. Thanks for any info!

I believe that you get a certain "something" when you get to rank 5 but it also includes the ghost but I believe the ghost is only 320 if I'm not mistaken. If you do more CoE you have a much better chance of dropping a 335 shell.

The rank five package will give you a 320 ghost so it's not going to help. I would do The Challenge of Elders or hard mode totems. That is your best shot at a 335 ghost.

I played a few matches of Iron Banner and got bored. The game just can't stick with me like it used to. Hopefully Rise of Iron will bring me back or at least Destiny 2.

I actually don't mind either mode. Most of my experience in Control IB is people not paying attention to the objective anyways.

Man, that's frustrating. Sorry to hear that, bro.

My first Iron Banner experience went well. I got all three of my chars to Rank 5 and got a crap ton of weapons, armor, & ghosts.
Like 6 Colovances, 7 Bretomarts, 8 Helmets, 15 Class Armors, 335 & 334 Ghosts, and other asst. stuff.
Pretty fun but very repetitive.
Got a 335 Jade Rabbit with my last 3 of Coins this morning.

I'm trying to do the Chaperone quest. It's hard as hell, as I haven't been able to get past 16% with kills in the crucible. Any ideas on how to make it easier? I've tried using grenades, secondary kills, super kills....but I'm not getting anywhere with it. The Last Word is hard to use in many situations as I'm more comfortable with an auto rifle in PvP.

If you need help with that I need to do that, too! You can use your shotgun or sniper rifle if you like if you can't kill them with the Last Word...
