At my old house (closer to the dist center and also nearer to a postal hub) I could watch 2 shipment a week (so 6 movies on the 3-at-a-time plan).

At my new house (farther away from the dist center and postal hub) I can pretty much only watch 1 shipment a week.

So, in my experience, I just boils down to where you live since Netflix turn around is dependent on shipping speed.
