Is this a good receiver?

My Denon AVR 1513 doesn't show video anymore and I am kind of upset abut it. This receiver looks pretty awesome and at a good price point for me. I have Boston Acoustic speakers that came with my Denon which I would not like to replace. I don't really use 3D but would like to have it since my blu-ray player is 3D. Is this a good cost effective switch because Denon rep told me it would cost over 200$ plus labor to fix my denon because apparently it is a board issue. I kept that thing like a baby and did nothing wrong and they're saying its all fault and to pay up. Should of got the warranty

UPDATE: Just bought Denon S710W with 7.2 surround sound wifi and bluetooth.
