More than five months later as this is in danger of falling off the page without an answer, I thought I'd bump this up seeing as how I'm not the only one... Are these the Blu-ray.com dark ages where nobody still posting here remembers technically how to do this thing that others did with relative ease long, long ago?

By the time I learn how to do this I'm not gonna have any bragging rights on my set-up—if anybody still posting here by then remembers what TVs are anymore... "You mean, you used to screw it into the wall and always had to go back and stand there to watch it?!" "Well, because it was there, we used to put comfortable chairs in front of it..."
