anders Junior Member Member since:May 2008	tried that have a monster hdmi/dvi but when it is plugged in no audio to the reciever, i think the tv has to be hdmi. I have a high end monster hdmi to hdmi cable going from ps3 to avr watching the muumy right now sounds great, just no picture (lol) plug in the hdmi to dvi i get picture but no sound Andy
