I recently purchased a Roku Ultra. Yesterday I was getting a blank green screen but the audio still playing after loading up The Magic of Belle Isle in Netflix. I exited the movie and loaded it up again and no more blank green screen. I found out that I did not have the latest Roku software update installed even though I thought the latest update was downloaded and installed when setting up my Roku for the first time, and so I downloaded and installed the latest Roku software update for my Roku Ultra, hoping it fixes the green screen issue with Netflix. Also today when when opening up Netflix in my Roku, Netflix would immediately quit back to the Roku Home screen until I did a system restart and now Netflix seems to be loading up successfully. Does this sound like a defective Roku Ultra or are these issues software related?
