... 5 front, 2 rear speakers?
For anyone how attended a presentation at an SDDS theater, this would have been the layout. In fact a great many Sony films had been produced in this format: 2 stereo channels, 2 effect channels, 1 center channel + 2 rear channels. I only had the opportunity to attend one SDDS presentation and it was stellar. For those who regularily attended presentations, what are your thoughts on the 5.1+2 presentation and do you think home video would be better served with it? |
