Well the good thing is when I play Co-op online, and I do regular, I just run out and gun everything cause I'm not worried about dying and I have played some of the scenes so many times that I know where everyone spawns from.
Hands down the worst part so far was towards the end of Burn Em Out. You have to fight through a cave before you get to the last mortar pit - it was unbearable.
