I am having an issue that neither DMA or Itunes can resolve. I redeemed codes for 4 of the Marvel movies from Paramount releases. They are in my Itunes account showing Paramount as the studio. And they are also in my DMA account. But Itunes thinks I don't own them since when I search on them it prompts me to buy them. And even DMA sent me an email about the Marvel sale and didn't think I owned them. So they are in a strange status of being in my account but as an old unsupported version. I would like to get this fixed since the old versions don't have the Bonus features in Itunes extras.
Has anyond found a solution for this? It seems like when DMA acquired the rights to the movies, the transition was not done well for existing customers who owned the original Paramount versions. Is there a way of 'upgrading' to the Marvel version? Thanks! |
