The four volumes released so far only cover scores to the original production season of 65 episodes. After that, a second season was ordered and the show was rebranded as The Adventures of Batman & Robin. The New Batman Adventures aired a few years later on The WB when the show was redesigned and aired alongside Superman: The Animated Series as The New Batman/Superman Adventures. So TAOB&R and TNBA would be considered separate releases and may only get a single volume each (of 2-3 discs) because of the smaller number of episodes.

EDIT: Oops. Looks like you were referring to the DVD volumes and I was talking about the soundtrack releases. Yes, the 1-4 DVD volumes cover all three incarnations of the show.

Been wanting this forever, and so glad it'll be 4:3 and widescreen. Still wish stuff like this and TFTM could have a 1.66:1 option, but oh well.

I am genuinely shocked they did not shoot for a reveal of this at SDCC especially since it is so close and then release it wide vs just on WAC, I really think it would sell pretty well in main market I don't think its that much of a niche title.

But who knows maybe their internal business studies say otherwise. I am just happy we are getting it at all. Hopefully if this sell's well they will consider doing the Batman & Mr. Freeze Subzero and The Batman Superman Movie: World's Finest and hopefully the whole BTAS series as well eventually.

I guarantee they'll print up a batch to have for sale at SDCC. Too obvious of a move not to do it.

Took my whole family to see this in the theater on Christmas Day 1993. So stoked for this finally getting a hi-def release.

I must be psychic or something, we were just talking about this in the DVD thread. Definite purchase.

But what's this Warner Archive stuff? Many people consider this to be one of if not the best Batman films, and yet WB is shoving it off on their little side imprint? This belongs in stores with some proper bonus features and retrospectives.
