Blu-ray Disc Slip Inserts Needed

I am in search of someone who can provide me scans of slip inserts for several different films. No I am not pirating BD's. I have chosen to replace gift box packaging with the traditional blue case. I know that some of the titles appearing below have only been released in the box set, the majority of the Dirty Harry films, so I'd appreciate obtaining a copy of the DVD slips for those. If you or someone you know can provide them to me, please help me out.
