Default Lionsgate and certain Fox Blurays won't load on my Sony player
I've had my Sony player for years. Until a few month's ago it would play fine.
Then I buy Logan and it won't even load up.
The new Power Rangers bluray won't either.
Some older titles from the studios will load, but after multiple times loading disc, closing door, not load, open door, reposition disc and do it again.

Paramount Blurays load right up, as does Universal.

Dvds load up almost instantly.

Sony stopped updating it years ago.

Is there a known issue or is it my player and time to look for a new one?
