Have only ordered a few times from Zoom and those that were pre-orders never arrived until after release so I switched back to using Tesco, have never let me down on a Saturday delivery yet but you are left wondering if it will turn up as they never send out dispatch emails until the early hours of Saturday morning or sometimes until the Monday lol

Well I've never had a problem with them until now. And as it STILL hasn't been dispatched even though I was told by their customer service yesterday that it was to be 'Shortly', I will think long & Hard before using then again.
