I personally feel that the improvement is quite drastic. The use of HDR really boosts the colour palette, and the disc brings out every last detail possible from the source. Superior encode, higher bitrate, plus HDR. I’m glad to own it.

Bur whether or not it’s worth dropping the cash again for a double dip depends on how you feel about the movie. If you love it and would rewatch it a number of times, then yeah I recommend you buy the UHD and try to sell off your BD. But if your BD is mostly gathering dust and you aren’t crazy about the movie, hold off.
