First thought was just, "the Dead." And then I started thinking, "Night of the Living Dead."

The Grateful Dead have a song called, “Touch of Grey”, and that shirt has a lot of shades on it, so this is obviously a hint for Fifty Shades of Grey.

Dakota Johnson in the Collection. *swoon*

Pretty sure the ghost of Jerry Garcia is in Half-Baked. Dave Chappelle is coming to The Criterion Collection!

I just hope Arrow Shoulder finally at least gets its well-deserved 4K transfer.

And I would be "grateful" to have Night of the Living Dead.

A woman's wig you ask? Is that really the end of the world today? Is it an apocalypse now???

(Revealing it on Halloween too, the horror, the horror )

You guys are all dead wrong...no pun intended.

Jerry Garcia was most well known for two things: his guitar and his beard.

Perhaps his most famous axe was the custom-built Doug Irwin guitar with a chestnut-red finish he lovingly called "Rosebud."

On top of which, Jerry was also a lifelong practitioner of holistic medicine, who studied the practice for two years in the early 60s before forming the Grateful Dead.

Doesn't take a genius to put two and two together on this one.

...finally.

He could also pass as Michael Moore with a Jerry Garcia Halloween costume on too.

Just watched it for the first time ever last night - loved it! Had it recorded from TCM. Now I'm completely craving a Criterion BD upgrade. Then again, could just be more chum for me to finally get a region free player.

Great is the last word I would ever use to describe Gerry.

I disagree. I think it's up there with Van Sant's best.

Don't know if you're still looking, but I'd recommend Diabolique or Shock Corridor.

Garcia was a celebrity. Celebrities, as we all know, reach the end their lives in threes.

They're not being ironic. They're being obvious.
