For one, Evans can probably shoot this on a very modest budget. This doesn't need CGI monstrosities trying to take over the world (then again, neither did SS), and should probably be kind of low key. Bet they could get it done at a 50-60 million mark, which would mean they can take more risks with it. Really hoping it turns out good, as The Raid films are seriously well-made action pieces.
