I like the chances of it being the theatrical cut since the recent Warner Bros UK DVD had the theatrical cut on it and the old unrated UK BD is OOP. If it is the unrated cut I would not be surprised as it means the graphic designer of the steelbook forgot to add unrated on the cover.

Clearly a demand is there for the theatrical cut, so if D&D and D&D To ever make it on the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format, hopefully for the 1st film they have an unrated or theatrical option on the disc.
