IDK.
From what I understand there's only 2 tiers for movies on iTunes:
- SD
- HD and up, including 4K and HDR.

I just purchased Dunkirk through a Movies Anywhere code and have it in 4K Dolby Vision on my Apple TV 4K.

On my phone (iPhone 6s, so not HDR), in the TV app, The Dark Knight appears as 4k Dolby Vision but The DarK Knight Rises appears once as 4K/DV plus once as "Batman - The Dark Knight Rises" in HD only.

The TV app includes more than the iTunes purchased movies so it can be a little confusing.
Better check on your Apple TV 4K, or, on your phone, via the iTunes Store.
If by clicking on this link you see the 4K version and have a button to download on your iPhone, then you definitely should have the 4K version on your Apple TV 4K.
