Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Switch) - March 3rd 2017 - Page 69 - Blu-ray Forum

I'm making my way though Mario Odyssey right now collecting all the moons...well, as many as I can find...level by level until I get to 500. Then I'll be cool with putting it down for awhile until I decide to go back and make it to 999. I have around 150 to go before I unwrap Breath of the Wild hopefully this weekend.

I didn't read through this thread to avoid spoilers, but is there anything I should know before starting Legend of Zelda? I'm really looking forward to this one!

The breaking weapon system is frustrating as hell at first, but be patient. It gets much, much more reasonable later in the game with the stronger weapons.

Awesome! We ended up getting Mario Kart 8 and another set of Joy-Cons this weekend so the whole family could play, so I haven't unwrapped Zelda yet, but it'll happen this week. Thanks for the heads up!

Switch version. There are two different ways to get it.

1) Use Zelda-related amiibo.
2) Get to the top of the Throat, open chest up there.

Either way works.

The inclusion of the Master Sword is actually a clever attempt by Nintendo to "tone down" the violence a little. As you may know, when you kill someone in Skyrim, your sword drips of blood. The Master Sword remains spotless and clean. It’s optional censorship, because if you want a bloody sword, just use anything else.

How many hours did you put into it? It gets exponentially better with the more time that you put into it... A very very slow starter.

Why? Too easy? If so, remove your armor and only use low level weapons.
