Blu-ray Samurai

I've basically stopped watching CW shows as they air, and just decided to binge them once they get uploaded to Netflix (since they get added just 8 days after the finale airs). I was sick this weekend, so I got a chance to binge the entire third season.
They really hit it out of the park again. They went to some really serious places, especially mid-season, but it felt earned and a natural progression for this show. The finale felt a bit rushed, but overall, it was a really good season. It seems the CW is expanding its schedule, and the ratings didn't really seem to drop from season 2, so I'm optimistic about a fourth (and I'm assuming final) season. |
