I think by putting in the effort to create new (and news worthy) threads (not post whoring!) while still being able to responsibly particiapte on the boards without a judgmental attitude.

Xtop brings a lot of good info to the site and does bite when people give him stick about his views, which is why people would have expected him to be on the list too (not detracting from the guys who did get mind you)
