Why do some men sit down on the toilet to shit, and then when they’re done, stand up flush and then pee in the toilet? Can’t you pee while you’re sitting? Maybe it’s an OCD thing like when your foods touch each other on your plate..

It flows naturally for me, never tried holding back, and I really don't think you can

Toilets are usually shielded by walls and doors in public bathrooms. Only the urinals are exposed. I can’t see what other dudes are doing with the toilets.
