Default What to do with old codes

I was hoping to get some advice as to what I can do with some older digital copies with codes. These are the older style that included the digital copy on a disc with a code and you could transfer them to iTunes or Windows. Some of them have transferred without a problem while others have either expired or don't work properly.

In the past I had issues with Warner discs and when I contacted support they just gave me the run around. When my Incredible Hulk digital copy didn't transfer I was able to contact Universal Support and they sent me a new code to redeem.

I have a Dark Crystal & Hancock(Sony) and Max Payne & The Day The Earth Stood Still(Fox)

Anyone have experience trying to get updated digital copies from their old DVD's with those companies?

Thanks in advance.
