I have a Logitech Harmony 890 Pro and I love it!

It controls my Samsung DLP, Onkyo Receiver, DirecTV HD PVR, and Panasonic BD-35 with ease. Set up was easy too!

Anyone looking to upgrade to the 1100 now. Looks like they have addressed all the faults of the 1000. Do you think they will offer a firmware update for the 1000?

I own the 880! and I love it. I am thinking about upgrading to the "One" just for the touch screen option. But I love my 880!

toocheezy, i've got the 880 as well and have for a couple years now. i loved it up until a few weeks ago, and now i just "like" it. they're working on a "glitch" in the last update that deleted the Media feature for my 400 disc DVD player. I had all my DVDs uploaded to the remote so all I had to do was pick my movie that was stored in alphabetic order. Now I have to resort to either updating the folders on my DVD player or update a word document. Oh well, just venting.

It's still a great remote!

Will the IR Adapter with the Nyko Zero PS3 Controller work with the Harmony?

Also, can I set the Harmony to work with the Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere 2 speakers for an iPod?

I picked up 2 Zero controllers during Black Friday for only $4 each, so I'm definately getting my money back!

I tried to see if its compatible on the Logitech website, but there wasn't an option for MP3 player. Does anyone have a Harmony Remote and can see if its an option?

I pulled the trigger and bought the 880 today and sure I'll know either tomorrow or the next day if it'll play it, but I'd like some peace of mind, lol.

Just rest easy knowing that even if the Harmony software doesn't have that product listed, your Harmony remote can 'learn' commands from any IR remote. (As far as I know)

First, you need to send it to a special private school...

Instructions will tell you. You basically line your old remote up to the 880, click a button in the setup feature while connected to your computer and then enter the button command(s) on your old remote. It's pretty simple, and the software walks you through it.

Hey, I just realized you asked about the Nyco Zero controllers. I thought you were asking about the Nyco IR remote when I responded. Not sure about the Zero controllers, but I would imagine it will be able to control those also. Are you looking to use the IR function from them to use the 880 to control BD playback?

Do you use IR lightswitches? Or do you use an adapter for them?

What light switch/dimmer are you using?

I don't have line of sight with my lighting control so a RF solution would be the best for me!

Well...thats the thing is that my cover for the battery on the remote is lost, lol. Therefore I cannot even replace the battery to make it work.

Well I will fine out either tomorrow or Weds if I can use that adapter.

Also I'm looking to do BD Playback on my PS3, yes.

Thats awesome man! You are da bomb!

I was doing the same thing except I didn't include the 'Anywhere' part as I thought that it would list out 'possible' matches.

How odd that it won't do that, right?

Anyway, I'm so excited about my new remote man!

Well after watching the video its something thats definately within my realm of pulling off.

Though I have a few concerns.

Where do I get the box and power supply and so on? I followed the part of dissembling the PS3 Remote, but where do you get the rest of it?
