4K discs with playback issues way past return date?

Hey everyone, I apologize as I was trying to find the right place to post this. I buy all my movies from Best Buy (yay reward points) and sometimes I buy a movie but never have a chance to watch it until far after the purchase date. In this example, I bought the Harry Potter collection in 4K on Black Friday and just finally watching it, and of course having playback issues (corruption on the 6th movie). No scratches or anything. So of course, BB won't take it back because its past the return date. Any ideas on how to get this exchanged as this isn't the first time this has happened.
