What does this really mean, how does this happen? I never in my history have had issues with Amazon.ca or Amazon.com or Amazon.uk of this nature. So is it safe to assume my order is CANCELED? and I won't be charged? Cause I never received an email from Amazon.fr saying as such. shows that the item is open, but when I click the tracking number and check status (using i-parcel) as the sipping company, it states Tuesday August 28th, 10:14pm The parcel suffered a sorting error and returned to the sender.
Why not inform me with an email? so annoying.......guess I can freely re-order the item now, and not get double billed?
Thanks
Unfortunately I do not speak fluently in French so calling there tech. support is not helpful. Guess if I haven't received it yet I ain't getting that first order, so safe to order again, hoping they still have copies left, Been waiting all this time and last Tuesday would of been nice to know this "sorting error" happened.
EDIT: just checked my credit card was charged

It may not have made it back to them to credit the CC yet...
I'd use the site to say the item hadn't been received yet to at least let them know that there has been an issue. My experience is when items go back to the vendor, they don't usually just resend... so you will probably have to re-order to get it.
