I just upgraded my PS4 to the Spider-Man PS4 Pro.
I did the system transfer and that all moved fine. I'm now attempting to connect my External HD that I was using before. I keep getting a message that I need to update the system software to use external storage. Problem is that I've done that. The message keeps popping up and then it says I have the latest software and won't do anything. On my old PS4 I had the Beta 6.00 firmware. I no longer seem to have the ability to get to that firmware on the Pro. Could there be some kind of issue because of that? I have like 800gb of stuff on my HD right now. I really don't want to reformat it and lose everything. Anybody have this kind of issue when upgrading systems and have any idea of what I can do? |
