That being said it would be nice to be able to dim subtitles. My tv has dynamic lighting and the subtitles **** with that. Especially in really dark scenes.

Oh yeah that is another great thing about having it (and why on any subtitling project I did, I always used transparent subtitles). I had the same issue on my old TVs, not to mention ruining overall black level reproduction with an edge LED tv.
