Default Panasonic UB820 and Planet Earth II Blue PLanet II

Hi Gents,

I'm trying to get an idea if anyone else has the same problem I am having and if I need to seek repair for my Pansaonic UB820.

I own the 4K UHD Discs of Planet Earth II and Blue Planet II. Whenever I play PE II, as soon as I hit "Play All" from the main menu, the HDR goes off and stays off. I then have to go into the HDR menu of the UB 820, toggle HDR Optimizer off/on and then the HDR works.

With Blue Planet II it is worse. I had to stop/start the disc numerous times before the HDR stayed on.

In either case the HDR was always on when the main menu was appearing but as soon as I hit "play all" or select a specific chapter, the HDR goes off and my problems begin.

I ONLY have issues with these discs. I have played at least 15 other 4K discs with HDR or Dolby Vision and they have all played fine.

What would you do if you were me? Thanks for the input!
