I updated my earlier post.
I have a basic weekly routine that focuses on just a single muscle group or two and lasts about an hour each day: One day will be biceps curls, low weight to high. 40lbs(40x),50(30x),60(20-30x) each hand, and then some two handed inverse curls. Bench & chest another day: low weight - to high - to low. 135lbs(17x),185(14x),225(6-13x,7-8x,4x). Sadly there is no more bar bending 335lb bench-presses from my college days. ![]() Getting back to and from the gym is the biggest problem - really cuts into the day. The Heart of the Problem Quesion is why we get fat in the first place. Lack of exercise and what we eat. That is the gift of a sedentary lifestyle brought to us by cheap oil and a two income family. With little time to prepare a proper home cooked meal, we live on go, eating fatty processed foods, soda, and Red Bull to give us a jolt to work harder and spend more money to keep the wheels of cunsumption going.
