Kimchi released the movie Her in a steelbook package and shipped them out. Weeks went by with many, including myself, not getting any updates to tracking after reaching customs. Back and forth with Kimchi resulted in them trying to get the postal system to search for the missing items to no avail. The same happened to a release, can't remember which it was, from Plains Archive that shipped out at around the same time as the Her release and seemingly was on the same plane.

After the like 30-45 day window passed with no word/update, they refunded the people who never received their copies and changed from direct shipping to the forwarding service they use now (hence the New Jersey stop). Fast forward a couple more weeks and some people had their items show up after an entire shipment, which had the Her and the PA releases on it, was found in like some dark corner of customs finally, thanks mostly to Plains Archive pushing the search for their missing items.

My order history shows that Her was ordered in October so was probably released in November. I think the whole thing was finally wrapped up some time in late December(refund)/January-February(receive missing item).
