I just got off the phone with Polk about my Polk 505 Subwoofer. It is partially blown out I guess you could say, it doesn't always come on and when it does, it just has a distorted sound for the most part.
Polk wants me to send it in to their Factory in California. I was wondering if anyone had to do this and how long it took for them to get back to you. This is the only time where customer service hasn't taking down information for about me before they plan to recieve my product. The guy on the phone just said to send it in, which truthfully, doesn't leave me feeling to confident in what will happen. If anyone ever had any experience with Polk's warranty please let me know.
