Ok so i bought a blu ray from a user at highdef. I sent the payment he looked at my address and sent me a refund because he said that he did not ship to canada.

Here comes the funny part i don't live in Canada i am from Ontario, California some people always think i am in canada cause in the address it has

I checked his thread and he had sold the blu ray to somebody else. I pm'ed him back to see if i could resend him the money to get my blu, but has not responded. All i want is to get the blu back since i had first dibs and had sent the payment for it i think that's the right thing to do.
