Do Companies have a list for 2009 or can you ask them to make a Transfer for Blu-Ray

I wanted to know do the Major Film Companies already have set in stone the movies they are putting on the Blu-Ray format.

Or can you Email/Call and ask if they will be doing a re-relase of certain older movies.

I really want Police Academy 1-7 to Come out among other Titles

I'm still a bit lost on how everything really works
