StudioCanal own the movie. Lionsgate are their distribution partner in the US. Pretty simple really, whereas in Europe SC release stuff under their own steam in several markets though not all, e.g. Eagle Pictures release SC product in Italy, and several years ago they didn't have a UK releasing arm of their own, they went through a now defunct label called 'Optimum Releasing' (with a big fat lol at the irony of several discs being anything but optimal).

It's a shame Lionsgate doesn't license out most of their own 4K releases. In Australia/NZ we get most of SC's stuff through Sony/Universal, but LG is through Roadshow and they don't seem to be bothering with any 4K catalog stuff.
