Agreed, and I hope the 3rd movie matches them all. I think we can trust Japan to get the consistency right.

I'd be ecstatic of Sentai's eventual English releases all match their Premium Box Set, as well.

I hate when my Google Translate doesn't work in Chrome. Even after clearing the cache and closing and reopening it still causes issues. Yes I know AMZ JP does have English but even selecting that doesn't always translate some of the text.

Looking at the discs, it’s a Q-Tec joint, so expect the picture quality to be a$$

Anime Limited has announced home video details for Code Geass II: Transgression and Code Geass III: Glorification.

Code Geass II: Transgression is scheduled for 9th December 2019. Similar packaging to I: Initiation - Box, Blu-ray case, Art Cards, and Poster. SRP £34.99, EB £19.99.

Code Geass III: Glorification is scheduled for 13th January 2020. Similar packaging to I: Initiation - Box, Blu-ray case, Art Cards and Poster, but comes with a storage box for the three films. SRP £39.99, EB scheduled for mid-November.

These will be using the Funimation Blu-ray masters rather than their own authored one.

Reminds me of Viz using HD quality for the Shippuden trailers but releasing the same episodes on DVD only.

Technically that is a TV commercial promo. So HD because Cartoon Network is in HD and recorded in HD.

I remember a couple years ago getting into a bun fight with Fed-Ex over terminology.
I had to pick up a parcel at their depot as I received a notice for "money owed".
I guess the guy thought he was real knowledgeable because he stated;
"This package is marked 'DVDs' but it actually contains 'Blu-Rays', so the value does not reflect the contents".
I simply stated; "it remains my understanding, that a Blu-ray is still a 'Digital Video Disc' is it not? Besides, how many people know what the term 'Blu-ray' even means?"
He stared at me for a moment then handed me the box. "Fine, whatever" was all he said.
No additional payment was made.

The Rising of The Horrible Artwork is coming on 30 March, 2020 via Manga UK.

The good news? Yamato 2199 is getting a complete release. Yes, both halves in one set on 24 February.
