Default Should You Ask For Refunds?

I was watching the South Park episode called The Passion of the Jew, which had a subplot where Stan and Kenny wanted a refund after watching The Passion of the Christ so they head over to Mel Gibson's huge mansion to get it. The episode made it explicitly clear that the audience should ask for refunds if a film is bad:

Quote:
Stan: Look, this isn't about the eighteen dollars ticket money anymore. This is about being able to hold bad filmmakers responsible!
Now, there have been threads like this before but they all ended up a complete crap storm of trolls, name-calling, banning, and arguing so here’s what I’m gonna do:

(1) Just give a simple “Yes” or “No”. No explanation. No extra comment. Just one of those words. That’s more than enough.

(2) Don’t “thank” any post. If you thank a post that already agrees with your answer, that would defeat the purpose of posting in the first place since one person could say “Yes” and get a lot of “thanks”.

(3) Do Not Be Rude. The last thread about this was a disaster on both sides, as mentioned before. That’s why I limited the answer to either of those words. If you have something to say that will start chaos, then don’t even bother coming here.

Now, vote away.
